Carefully composed, masterfully roasted, and perfect in taste: Elite is Cannizzaro's flagship product. This exceptional 100% Arabica blend combines the finest origins and is gently refined according to Italian roasting philosophy. Each origin/variety is roasted individually and separately in small batches to achieve the optimal degree of roasting and specific aroma profile. Only then are the components precisely combined to create the final blend. This ensures that the characteristic contribution of each variety remains unadulterated and perfectly balanced.

This espresso is based on 100% Arabica beans from Brazil, Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and India. Each region contributes its characteristic aromas to the complex flavor profile, creating a multi-layered bouquet that harmoniously combines fruit, chocolatey sweetness, and floral notes.

- Brazil: velvety cocoa and nut notes, caramel sweetness, rich body. The foundation of the blend.

- Ethiopia: floral accents of jasmine/bergamot, delicate stone fruit nuances.

- Colombia: red berries, honey/caramel, balanced acidity.

- Guatemala: dark chocolate, orange, and light spices.

- India: gentle spice and herbal notes, round finish – provides length and complexity.

Gently and precisely roasted in the middle range: clearly defined, without harshness – ideal for bringing out the nuances of origin of the individually roasted components.

The Elite is silky and harmonious with distinct notes of milk chocolate, cocoa powder, and roasted hazelnut, accompanied by caramel, toffee, almond biscuits, and a hint of malt. It is low in acidity, with a delicate freshness that supports the natural sweetness without overpowering it. The finish is long and clean with hints of cocoa and nougat. When added to milk drinks, the blend becomes even more chocolatey and nutty, with a particularly creamy mouthfeel.
